ERS Taxi Service ® is fully insured with comprehensive Professional Indemnity and Public Liability cover. We operate a compliant, client-focused transport coordination service, working exclusively with licensed third-party providers to ensure safety, reliability, and accountability at all times.

1. PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE

This covers claims arising from:

• Administrative errors or miscommunication

• Issues with Access to Work coordination or documentation

• Financial loss to clients due to scheduling, booking, or reporting mistakes

2. PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

This covers incidents such as:

• Accidental injury to a client or member of the public

• Damage to third-party property during any face-to-face meetings

3. CYBER LIABILITY INSURANCE

All travel is coordinated through fully licensed, third-party providers (e.g. Uber, Addison Lee), in strict alignment with Access to Work funding rules and DWP compliance guidance.

Our insurance does not extend to the operation of any vehicles. Responsibility for road safety, conduct, and vehicle condition rests solely with the transport provider.​
